Yeah, sorry for skipping the specs initially—it's my first post and I didn't know...
They should secure it, what's the reason behind it...
It's pretty fast too.

Yeah, sorry for not sharing the specs first—it's my first post and I didn't know...
They should lock it, what's the reason behind it?
Gues the speed is pretty fast.
Why did you decide to overclock anyway?
For gaming, upgrading the GPU would be better.
For work, upgrading the CPU would be more suitable.

I focus mainly on gaming. My GPU is an RX560 with 2GB of memory, and it's been overclocked. I mostly play World of Warcraft.

I took a look at the motherboard. Don't overclock CPU and RAM on that. Running it on boost should be fine. Just make sure it has adequate airflow.
As for the game performance, you first determine the bottleneck. Then consider what to OC. In my opinion, it's the GPU. Next time you upgrade, buy something faster. You can use gpu.userbenchmark.com to compare them. For example:

I should go back and change the RAM speed from 2400mhz to 2800mhz from the original setting. It's a Samsung DDR4 2400, and I'll keep the GPU clocked. My next upgrade should focus on the GPU instead of the RAM.

You have the option to use various overclocking methods. Ensure you adjust it properly. Verify performance in the task manager under performance while gaming to confirm the issue. It might be CPU, GPU, Hard drive, or RAM depending on the game. I haven't played WoW recently, so I'm not certain. Usually, the GPU is the culprit.

I used a built-in option to auto-optimize RAM, tested it at 2800 with a RAM program, and everything worked smoothly without memory issues. It was stable.

I lowered the core/20mem speed from the maximum stable setting by about 10 cores and 20 MB. I haven’t checked performance while playing yet, but I’ll test today. Thanks!
