The situation is stable overall, just not at peak performance. Everything functions normally except for the XMP profile which auto-runs at 3200MHz. It only increases to around 3600MHz during gaming, but sometimes it drops back down to lower base speeds. I’m using a 550W EVGA Gold rated PSU and a Gigabyte B450M DS3H motherboard. I’ve tried clearing the CMOS and updated my BIOS from F1 to F32 to F40, but the issue persists. Most people see around 2900 at stock speeds, while mine hovers near 2600 in Cinebench. Overclocking above 3.6 causes crashes. I’ll share a YouTube clip of Ryzen Master during Cinebench to check for anomalies, and some screenshots from AIDA64. I don't get the point of your video. Are you slowing it down? Keep it at the default settings. If it's showing a blue screen, you probably need to boost the power supply.
The CPU is overheating due to the low clock speed. It might be a temperature issue—try replacing the cooler. Additionally, the motherboard appears faulty; don’t rely on it.
I understand, but even in A320s passengers are achieving higher ratings.
