I have two choices to save money: a Ryzen 2600 or a GPU bundle. If I stick to the budget, I can get a GTX 1070 or a 3600 with an RX 580 and 8GB RAM. Which one should I pick for gaming?

Your overall budget is the amount you have set aside, and you reside in a specific country. The games you enjoy include various titles.

I suggest the RX 580 because I haven’t experienced any issues with the card. Also, if you ever want to explore KVM, AMD graphics cards are the simplest to use.

Are you restricted to just two settings? budget? and what about a 3300x which tends to perform better than a 2600 unless it's heavily multi-threaded. The 1070 shows a clear advantage over a 580. Updated September 8, 2020 by TofuHaroto

They're correct though, 580 is more affordable and he's aiming for a cost-effective solution.

They're not even aware of the costs or what the community budget is like, huh?

Right now in my region only 3300x is accessible, I can use up to 3600, 2600, 9140f, or 10400. I don’t play competitive games; I enjoy stories and other content.

What about the GPU? Are you restricted to just these two options? Which price do these configurations have? If they match, the 1070 model should likely run a bit faster. Updated September 8, 2020 by TofuHaroto
