I'm curious about how much of those ghz juice I can extract from my custom build PC. My setup includes a Ryzen 1600 with stock cooler, a B350m pro 4, a 1060 3gb SSD, and a micronics 500w PSU (a budget Korean one).

My performance is at 3.8G with stock. That's a limit, only a few can go past 4.0

Are you concerned about the power supply going out? This is your first PC build and you're not sure...

Not sure about that PSU
If you locate a Corsair CX450M, swap it out.
