Hello,
I’m dealing with an issue I’ve never seen before and haven’t found any answers online. I own the RX6800XT for several years. A year ago, my PC would randomly crash when all displays were off. The problem persisted until about a month ago, when it started failing during web browsing (twice). After rebooting once, it stopped responding completely. Fans were spinning, the VGA LED was on, and I tried reseating the GPU and resetting the BIOS—everything worked until the next day. When I reset the BIOS, it didn’t recognize the GPU, and when trying to boot into Windows it displayed the LED again. I can enter BIOS only after a reset. I moved the GPU to another system, but it still didn’t work. I also disassembled it to check for damage, but found nothing.

Could you tell me what kind of failures are typical for the GPU in this situation? I’d appreciate any guidance.
