Your GPU isn't utilizing its full capacity across all games, even though it's set to 80%. Check settings like overclocking, power management, or driver updates to see if they affect performance.

I've played Fortnite and Spider-Man Remastered with maximum settings on my PC. (Just starting with PC games)

The card operated at various resolutions, ran at different clock speeds, and maintained specific temperatures during gameplay. The frame rate was consistent, though VSync was enabled. Frame rate limits were applied either within the game or using third-party software. These details can vary widely depending on the situation.

1440p reached a maximum of 165Hz yet only achieved 130Hz with VSync active. Room temperature was 54°C. Processor clock ran at 2356.

Power down the system and try additional games to increase the dataset. Titles that require high GPU performance are also suitable.

I've attempted to disable v sync but it didn't work either. I've also noticed similar setups online and others report the same problem.

Do those friends use identical configurations, the same display, resolution, etc.? If you suspect CPU constraints, monitor CPU usage. If that's the bottleneck, aim for near 100% utilization (or at least high), ensuring all cores are active. Verify frame limits and VSync are disabled. Run additional games or synthetic tests to compare your performance with commonly reported values.
