Hello! Here are your two questions rephrased:
I have an MSI Radeon RX 480 GPU and want to know the optimal overclocking settings and voltages with the included cooler. Also, I’m planning a future build that will include a second card for crossfire. Will my current setup be able to run it smoothly without additional cooling if I stick to factory defaults? For the RX480 cooler, it's not advised to raise the voltages. You should be able to achieve over 1300Mhz without any voltage increase easily.
