Hello, I recently moved from a GTX 970 to an RX 6700 XT and am facing issues with the adrenaline software. After uninstalling the display driver using a removal tool and reinstalling the AMD version, I found no streaming or recording options. I've tried several fixes—reinstalling drives, using the driver cleanup utility, and adjusting system settings—but nothing works. Hyper-V is running, Windows won’t switch drives automatically, and the enterprise version of the drives still shows error code FH302 with no graphics available. I’m unsure what else to try. Any advice would be appreciated.

I don't have a specific driver version installed. Could you tell me which operating system you're using and what version of the drivers you're referring to?

Which Windows 10 or 11 version are you running? 22H1, 22H2, or an older release. Ensure your system is up to date to avoid issues. Did you execute DDU in Safe Mode? That’s the best practice. Which AMD driver version did you obtain or install? The latest is 22.11.2 released on December 8, 2022. https://www.amd.com/en/support/graphics/...rx-6700-xt

I'm using Windows 10 update 22H2. I only executed both the AMD cleanup tool and DDU in safe mode. The driver choices in the automatic installer were set to Adrenaline 22.11.2, while the other version was Adrenaline 22.Q4.

I checked my PC too, but the feature isn’t available there either. It might not be supported on your 5700G model.
