everyone, any one has an RX 580 can assist me. i overclocked my gpu from 1200 mhz to 1355. the temp went up from 76 to 84 in furmark. am locking to fix the fan at 40% because in games it runs at 50 to 67%, it's very noisy. is there a risk? if yes, in mod normal i need a fix at 40%. what suggestions do you have?

The voltage (in mV) the GPU is applying at 1355MHz is what I refer to as GPUz. Are you currently utilizing AMD's WattMan Utility for overclocking?

Your afterburner shot isn't with the GPU loaded (300MHz is idle frequency)
Here's what I'm getting at:
My personal RX480 (exact same as an RX580) does 1400MHz @ 1150mV and temps are 73C @ 1200rpm fans. It's more-or-less inaudible.
The same measurement was taken previously. Please open the statistics monitoring tab in afterburner. We are checking for the GPU core at 1355MHz and ____ mV. PS. WattMan works better.
