It wouldn’t be foolish to consider a dual-GPU configuration. With your existing MSI B450M Mortar Max, you could likely fit two RX 570s, especially if you opt for the 4GB mini ITX model. The Sapphire Pulse RX 570 4GB would work well in that setup.

Unless there was a huge cost gap, I’d always pick the stronger single card. Crossfire isn’t available in every game. Following AMD’s 5k updates, we understand they’ll reduce support for upcoming cards too. Two cards deliver more power and generate more heat. SLI and Crossfire are solid concepts, but both are unreliable and unpredictable in real use.
