Rx 5600 experiences stuttering issues.

I have an i5 8400 RX 5600 with 16 GB RAM, and I’m experiencing stuttering in COD WARZONE even though I use high settings like 100-130 FPS. I’ve tried some fixes from YouTube, but it still happens. Could your PSU be the issue—specifically the 700W Micronics Caslos II?

I've tested this configuration prior to the update; it operates seamlessly at 100-140fps without any issues, though performance varies depending on the GPU used. I was running the RX 580 version at that time.
