When the GPU gets warm, the clock speed may drop slightly, so increasing fan speed could help temporarily. Alternatively, a minor overclock might be better. As long as temperatures stay below mid-80s, everything should work okay.

Temperatures are acceptable, the clock runs smoothly from the start of the game while temperatures remain near 50 degrees Celsius.
