I've been diving into Rust lately (thanks to my passion for 'maker' games and a bit of disappointment with 'The Forest'). I just finished a playthrough and really appreciate how the game manages resources and mechanics to let you craft some standout bases. Today was a nice break from the usual chaos—no one was hogging the spotlight for three days—I actually managed to build something pretty cool! I'm excited to show off these (super visually appealing) screenshots and see if anyone else is enjoying base building on Rust. Attractive structure, what kind of server are you using? To avoid constant raids, consider connecting with others and forming a modest settlement. Clusters of bases are targeted less frequently than isolated ones.

I'm playing on a modded server where resource gains depend on XP. I experimented with allies but often got caught in fights, losing half of them and their bases when offline. I decided to use a water base and an underwater bridge for safety. It's still unclear if there are blueprints for auto-turrets yet.

I thought it would be available on a modified server. I'm currently on a vanilla server, and creating that in a day would be quite remarkable. I usually spot the bp, but the CCTV camera and the computer are quite uncommon, which is why I haven't managed to build one before.
