I'm not satisfied with my PC's performance when running Rust. Previously, I achieved around 35 fps, but after using pre-made configurations, my FPS increased to about 45. Still not satisfactory. Any recommendations or upgrade options?

If you still have that AMD FX 8320, you should consider upgrading it. That graphics card is a mess for gaming and might cause bottlenecks with your RX 580.

That's the upcoming upgrade (likely a Ryzen 5 1600). However, it might also be limited by 8GB of RAM.

8 works well in most games, though the main issue is your CPU. RAM is a bit affordable these days, so adding another 8 wouldn't be a problem, but if you upgrade to a newer CPU you'll still need DDR4 anyway.
