Based on the lowest requirements, I believe if you manage to get it running it could be quite problematic at the most.

It depends on the setup. Make sure the display supports 720p and the software is compatible.

It seems unlikely, as Rust tends to rely heavily on the CPU. A dual-core processor might struggle and result in very low frame rates at best.
