Not great, honestly I don't think so. My friend has an FX8350 with a 280X and 8GB, but he still gets "alright" frames.

4GB RAM could be the problem, right? This game seems to perform best with maximum RAM, especially on that system.

The CPU shouldn't be the main performance issue for this game and setup. It might be related to temperatures or cooling, but I'm not sure.

Typically thermal throttling is the issue. Even AMD suggests pairing an 8350 with a GPU should never exceed a 280x
