These third-party titles need Uplay to start. You can run them on Steam computers, but not on Steam machines.

SteamOS is essentially Debian-based, which explains why it doesn't support Windows titles until the team decides to adapt them for Linux. The games available on 'SteamOS' are those that have been ported, not original Windows titles. Consequently, non-Linux ports require emulation via Wine or similar tools. Otherwise, you won't find those games unless you use an alternative method.
