Your PC is showing performance issues despite upgrading the CPU. The GPU still struggles to reach higher frame rates, and temperatures remain low. Check RAM stability, ensure proper cooling, and verify GPU drivers are up to date. Consider testing with a different GPU or checking for overheating components.

Achieving 130fps on Ultra in BF5 isn't realistic, especially with a GPU like 9900K+2080Ti or even at 1080p.

If performance drops below 99% on the GPU, there must be an issue. Look at how each core is utilizing the CPU. Also test the GPU with a benchmark like Unigine to confirm full usage. Using multiple 1080 models can strain the CPU, especially at 1080p. In games like Black Ops 4, all cores hit around 90%, and some maps reach 100%. Modern Warfare shows similar results at 80% on older I7s with 1440p. BF1 experienced the same issue with an older i7 on 1440p using the same card.

I've noticed people playing it on that simple setup. My friend uses a Ryzen 7 2700 and achieves about 130fps with ultra settings.

The component should handle RAM, but its cost is three times higher than the original price.

GPU performance often reaches maximum usage during benchmark tests, sometimes exceeding 65 FPS. At 1080p with a 60Hz monitor, you should expect solid frame rates on F5 Ultra settings.

I own a 2070 with an i7-8750H and usually run at around 70-80% capacity. Going above 100 will need major upgrades. Also, unless you have a 144Hz display or 60fps is fine.

What do you think your FPS is acceptable?
