demonstrates strong proof that bypassing access controls is against the law. this scenario perfectly aligns with what we’re covering. modifying software to gain entry in scenarios that were previously unattainable remains prohibited. unless you present a specific exemption designed for circumventing online restrictions, the regulations I mentioned remain in effect, keeping it illegal.

To focus on the main issue, updates for certain steam games can affect their availability in offline mode unless the patch is applied. This varies by developer and their update strategy. You may also notice some titles require a connection before you can resume offline play, especially after periodic releases. Thanks, Lewis.

It sounds like software protection issue in the USA is in a very confused state. http://teleread.com/judge-cote-rules-drm...ringement/ https://www.eff.org/deeplinks/2015/10/vi...-fair-uses

You're frequently prompted to connect to the internet at specific moments—like when launching Steam or trying to open MGSV. Other titles seem to handle this differently. MGSV does include an online feature, though I haven't tested playing it without an internet connection. It's possible Konami might take that approach, which would be disappointing.
