I recently installed Gears 5 on my PC, but it consistently crashes after only five minutes, causing the system to go into sleep mode. My ASUS ROG Strix SCAR II GL504GS-DH76, running Windows 10, should be capable of handling the game.

I've investigated the issue using event logs and found several related entries. The Xbox Live Game Save service was altered to operate on demand instead of automatically starting. A user-mode process attempted to modify the system state by using SetSuspendState or SetSystemPowerState, which triggered a sleep event. The system then resumed from sleep, but firmware changes to the processor's memory registers during a sleep transition led to performance degradation upon resuming.

Could someone recommend a solution, direct me toward one, or assist with troubleshooting this problem? I would greatly appreciate any assistance.

Where should I get it from?
Should it operate with an electrical outlet or through a battery?
