Will Minecraft function on my Lenovo Ideapad equipped with an Intel Celeron processor? If not, could I attempt to overclock both the CPU and the graphics card? I don’t have the exact model number, but I do have some specifications if that would be useful. The processor is a Celeron N2840 at 2.16 GHz with Burst Technology up to 2.58 GHz, it has 4GB DDR3L memory at 1333 MHz, and the graphics card uses Intel HD Graphics with shared memory.

Don't stress, it should function properly. If not, overclocking isn't worth it. You can install 'Optifine' and tweak all your game settings. This will improve Minecraft performance by making it run smoother, while reducing texture quality and load times. I also suggest using an 8x8 or 16x16 texture pack. With Optifine's tools and a low-quality texture pack, you should achieve around 60 FPS.

Don't stress, it should function properly. If not, overclocking isn't worth it. You can install 'Optifine' and fine-tune all game settings. This will improve Minecraft performance by making it run more smoothly while reducing texture quality and load times in distant areas. I also suggest using an 8x8 or 16x16 texture pack. With Optifine's tools and a low-quality texture pack, you should achieve around 60 FPS.

P.S. If your laptop screen isn't 1080p, it's likely to run at 60 FPS even without Optifine adjustments.
