No problem. You'll need a chipset that includes a Z to enable overclocking. Even then, I doubt the motherboard can handle it, mainly because the VRMs aren't strong enough. Still, 4.4ghz is the boost speed for the 4790k, and it might be feasible to run all cores at that speed—though it was achievable with Ivy Bridge.
