Running CS:GO at 144hz but experiencing low FPS

Hello everyone, my English is not great, but I'm playing CSGO with a Gaming LED Lenovo Legion 24. My frame rate drops from 350fps to 80-150fps. I'm using low settings and don't know why the FPS is so low. What should I do?

The check is valid
CSGO relies heavily on the CPU, the 8350 isn't particularly strong in that area

And it's likely you weren't running at 350fps all the time.

I used to get the highest possible 350fps on my old 60Hz monitor, but at 144Hz I experienced frame drops.
