You're looking for a boot manager that supports dual-booting Windows 10 Home and Pro on your ThinkPad. It's possible to keep both drives separate, ensuring privacy between them. Installing Windows 10 Home on a second drive is feasible, and you can obtain the license through the COA stored in your laptop's BIOS.
Status Update replaced the 250gb NVMe drive with a 500gb NMVE clone of the original disk on the new drive. Set up another partition of 250gb, installed Windows 10, and it automatically became Win10 Pro. The new Windows was already activated. Now I have two partitions in the Windows Boot Manager: one for work (Win10 Pro) and another for personal use (Win10 Pro with my Google, Facebook, and other accounts). My games are also there.
