Hello, I own an HP OMEN 015 equipped with AMD 4800H and 1660ti components. The machine has been running smoothly for over a month, but recently the CPU clocks have dropped sharply whenever I play games or run applications like OMEN Command Center. It stays at 400mhz during gameplay and briefly reaches up to 1400mhz when I minimize the window. The temperatures remain in the mid-50s, indicating no thermal throttling. I had to update the BIOS upon purchase, and it has been mostly trouble-free. There were JavaScript errors with Discord, which were resolved after the latest Windows update. I’m not sure what’s causing this issue. Usually I use a desktop, but my home was damaged in Hurricane Laura, so my main computer is now stored (I don’t know if it’s functional). Apart from my phone, this laptop is my only computer at the moment. Thanks for your assistance.
