I don't have a direct interface to monitor CPU clock speed. You can use software tools or built-in system utilities for that purpose.

It seems typical. My system reports consistently the same. I believe Task Manager gives a general overview, but it doesn't capture the full picture. On my machine, the CPU usually fluctuates between 2.8-4.4GHz, yet Task Manager only displays 4-4.2GHz most of the time. For precise tracking, try HWINFO64, which focuses on tick sensors at startup.
