A320 boards aren't designed for CPU overclocking on the first and second generation Ryzen chips (3000/5000 series). You can only use BCLK OC, which isn't ideal. To achieve higher speeds, consider switching to a B- or X-series board.

RAM overclocking works on A320 boards, but results won't be great. The first-gen Ryzen chips are famous for weak memory controllers that struggle to hit 3200MHz consistently.
