If you increase the clock speed of your i7 7700k without changing the voltage, will its lifespan remain the same compared to not overclocking?

If you increase its speed, maintain it below 80°C and use 1.4 volts, it may last longer than its usefulness. The statement cannot be answered because I haven’t seen a CPU head reported dying from overclocking under those conditions.

If you increase its speed, maintain it below 80°C and use 1.4 volts, it may last longer than its usefulness. The issue described cannot be resolved because I have never seen a CPU head reported as dying from overclocking under those conditions.
