I play Counter Strike 1.6 because my PC struggles with CS:GO. Recently I've encountered a rubber banding problem. Steps I've tried: 1. Checked packet loss on https://packetlosstest.com/ – connection appears normal. Result: 2. Tested Brawlhalla to see if lag existed – everything worked smoothly. 3. Reinstalled the game but no improvement. 4. Restarted router and PC. 5. Ran different console commands. I've shared a video with you. If anyone has a solution, please let me know—it would be really helpful! My system specs: Intel Pentium Dual Core e5700, 3GHz, 6GB RAM, 800MHz, 500GB hard drive, no dedicated graphics card.
