I'm curious about the reasons behind my rig's performance.
CPU: Intel Core i9-9900K at 3.6 GHz
Motherboard: ASUS ROG STRIX Z390-E GAMING ATX LGA1151
RAM: Corsair Vengeance LPX 32 GB (2 x 16 GB) DDR4-2666
GPU: EVGA GeForce RTX 2070 8GB XC Ultra
Average around 85-90 FPS at 1920 x 1080 with the same settings as another user, yet he achieves over 100 FPS at 1440p on an i7?
What might be limiting my system? I suspect a few things: his RAM is a bit quicker, he likely has an over-clocked RTX 2070 (the exact card isn't specified), and I'd appreciate any advice.

Check if your CPU runs at 3.6ghz or has been overclocked.
