For the bios, you only need the most recent version installed. Previous versions are not required.

Spiderman is another title recognized for demanding high CPU power under certain conditions. To confirm memory usage, ensure it's running at 3200 and verify whether it uses dual (2x8GB) or single channel (1x16GB). Usually you can proceed directly to the newest version. If a multi-step update is necessary, the site should notify you. This could happen if significant changes are required.

NFS Unbound. I don't need to search but I'm sure the game uses that poor Denuvo DRM that forces the CPU to work harder, trying to use the middle core more. It makes performance look worse for users who paid. Spiderman is a CPU and memory hitter, so check your CPU and RAM are working properly in synthetic tests.

My RAM is set to dual channel with two 8GB sticks and XMP is active. I recently played the game again and still didn’t see any improvement, regardless of the settings I adjusted. Right now it’s around 40% CPU usage, 40-50% GPU usage, and 40 frames per second. This seems unusual given my hardware specs—especially since the game doesn’t include ray tracing.

I played the game once more and still no changes in performance. It's using about 40% CPU, 40-50% GPU, and runs at 40fps. This seems unusual given my hardware and since the game doesn't include ray tracing.

Discovered this on YouTube—same GPU as mine but with a 5600X. FPS stays above 60 and CPU usage under 10%. Probably my Ryzen 5 3600 is limiting the 3070 performance. What do you think?

Check the task manager and see tasks ordered by highest CPU usage during those slow moments. Look for any unusual activity that might explain the drops.

Reviewed recently, everything seems normal. The game runs at the top with about 40-60% CPU usage. Next is M-Series Afterburner with minimal load.

Are you sure PBO is activated on your machine? It's the straightforward safety boost that lets the CPU run faster by easing certain restrictions. Some systems now turn it on automatically, while others require you to enable it manually. If it isn't already on, giving it a try could improve performance and show you the difference.

Check the settings on your motherboard to ensure it supports the Asrock B450 Pro4 R2.0. Follow the manufacturer's instructions for enabling the correct BIOS configuration.
