RTX 3070 experiences lagging when using the interface.
During normal gameplay, the GPU performs well with no stuttering. But when accessing menus or maps, animations freeze, appearing at a different frame rate than the rest of the game. This issue appears in some titles like Assetto Corsa, where stuttering occurs briefly before returning to normal, as if loading. It doesn’t affect other software, though Dishonored runs smoothly. This problem seems linked to the GPU’s age—possibly due to outdated drivers for both RTX and integrated graphics. The PC hasn’t had a GPU for about six months, which might explain the situation. I see two GPUs listed in Task Manager, but I’m unsure if this is normal. Should I use the warranty or fix the driver issue? My hardware includes an i9 12900k, RTX 3070, 850W PS3, 48GB DDR4 RAM at 2133 MHz, and a 1TB NVMe SSD (~7Gb/s).
