It really depends on the games you're aiming to play. The 2060 probably won't overwhelm your CPU, but certain titles could strain it so much it becomes a bottleneck regardless of your setup. It all comes down to what you're purchasing for.

Ideal settings for Sea of Thieves recommend smooth 1080p at 60fps on a medium configuration. Actual performance may differ, but your hardware should handle it without major problems.
