It was during the installation phase. I pressed no and will check for any issues once the setup completes.

At completion, you'll receive the same notification on the desktop. Clicking it will launch the additional drivers section and present an option to activate the driver. They won't be able to enable it without your consent, as the driver includes proprietary code.
