You'd have to get an app that shows you which channels are being used. No one can tell you which is best as it's different everywhere. Typically auto is the best as it will constantly detect interference from other wifi and switch to a channel that isn't being used. Even if you do set a specific channel then your run the issue of other wifi in the area landing on the same channel and interfering with yours.
