Your TP link archer c20 is switching its own LAN IP address from 192.168.0.1 to an empty string, then updating to 1.1. This happens independently. Another TP link router connected to it is using a different IP (192.168.1.1) and randomly changing after a while. The second router’s DHCP is turned off. What could be going on?

Adjusting the internal IP of connected devices is typical, though I've experienced this before. It might be due to some configuration from your service provider or possibly intentional changes on your end. Since I'm not currently at home, I can't directly check the TP link settings. There should be an option to select IP ranges—starting at 0.1 and ending up to 0.99, for instance. Be sure the primary device stays within a safe range like 1.1 to 1.99, while the secondary one (TP-Link 840) is set between 0.1 and 0.99 with DHCP enabled. My main device is locked at 1.1–1.99, and I have limited access through the provider's site. The secondary device currently runs from 0.1 to 0.99 but has its own IP reserved for me. There’s no way to create a conflict in my setup because it’s secured and can’t be modified easily.

The default gateway on the main router should match 192.168.0.1, which aligns with its LAN IP address.
