A legitimate streaming platform shouldn’t be draining your upload speed. If you’re relying on a peer-to-peer app to watch copyrighted content that normally requires a paid subscription, you could be unknowingly piracy.

To add to what @Falcon1986 said above. Depending on where you are the in the world and what the copy right laws are, you could be illegally distributing copyrighted materials and the distributors tend to be the ones who get sued or go to jail. Like I said, it depends on the laws.
