Your router has been experiencing problems for a while now. The TP-Link device shows all lights green even though you weren’t connected to the internet, and the GPON box also displays green indicators. To fix it, you need to power off everything for about ten minutes. Recently this solution stopped working. Your router seems fine after configuration changes, but it’s not responding properly. Since your neighbor and you share the same network and ISP, they have a stable connection while yours is inconsistent. You mentioned concerns about ISP employees accessing your login details—your provider claims that isn’t possible because your ID is tied to your GPON box. However, you suspect they might be misleading. At this point, you could try contacting your ISP directly to report the issue and ask for further assistance. In the meantime, consider checking your hardware connections and updating firmware if available.

ISP staff might have your login details, but there’s no valid reason they’d need them. The main purpose would be to verify their functionality. More likely, an issue exists with your router itself. If you can connect a PC directly to the ONT, testing the credentials there should show whether it works properly.
