Hello everyone. I recently acquired a new desktop computer, and it cost me $1800, with all the components being exceptionally high quality. My previous machine was significantly inferior, and surprisingly, my new PC is delivering frame rates that are either equivalent to or slightly lower than what I experienced before. This doesn't align with my expectations. Furthermore, within games, I’m experiencing noticeable stuttering and lag. Currently, I'm running at 60 frames per second due to cable issues, but this should improve to 144 fps tomorrow. Nevertheless, I believe my system should be capable of substantially higher frame rates. If anyone has any suggestions or troubleshooting tips, please share them. I’m open to discussing this further on Discord or here—it represented a considerable financial commitment, and I'm eager to resolve any issues.

SPECS:
Intel® Core™ Processor i7-9700K 3.60GHZ 12MB Intel Smart Cache LGA1151 (Coffee Lake)
NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2070 SUPER

What display quality? Complete specifications (there isn't a "Super" version for 2020 either)? Are you limiting yourself to 60 frames per second?

What power supply and model are you using?

Have you installed a new operating system?

Could you provide the CPU and GPU temperatures and usage levels while playing the game?

Hello, I was referring to the year 2070 as well. I’m not exaggerating at all; my temperatures are satisfactory, and the benchmark results are also positive. Do you believe the jerky movements might be originating from the display or the cable? It’s set to a maximum refresh rate of 60 hertz, and it's an outdated HDMI cable. The frame rate is reasonably high, yet I still experience some stuttering and delays. It seems like the issue could be related to the monitor itself.
