Motherboard: ROG STRIX B550-F Gaming (WiFi) CPU : AMD Ryzen 9 5900X Cooler (previous) : EK 240mm AIO Cooler, D-RGB All-in-One CPU Cooler (current) : CORSAIR - iCUE H100i ELITE CAPELLIX CPU Cooler Power : Corsair CX750F RGB, 750 Watt, 80 PLUS Bronze RAM : G.Skill , F4-3600C16D-32GVKC RipJaws 5 Series Noir 32 Go (2 x 16 Go) DDR4 3600 MHz CL16 (2 units) Tower : Corsair iCUE 4000X RGB Mid-Tower ATX PC Case Motherboard: ROG STRIX B550-F Gaming (WiFi) CPU: AMD Ryzen 9 5900X Cooler (old) : EK 240mm AIO Cooler, D-RGB All-in-One CPU Cooler Cooler (new) : CORSAIR - iCUE H100i ELITE CAPELLIX CPU Cooler Power: Corsair CX750F RGB, 750 Watt, 80 PLUS Bronze RAM : G.Skill , F4-3600C16D-32GVKC RipJaws 5 Series Noir 32 Go (2 x 16 Go) DDR4 3600 MHz CL16 (2 units) PC Case Video Card: EVGA GeForce RTX 3060 XC Gaming, 12G-P5-3657-KR, 12GB GDDR6, Dual-Fan, Metal Backplate

I faced persistent overheating. The BIOS would load but quickly warm up and power down. In the BIOS I saw N/A for AIO speed, which made troubleshooting harder. After updating, a crash occurred once, but I managed to install a newer BIOS. The overheating persisted, though I could still access the BIOS.

I suspected a faulty cooler pump. Replacing it with a CORSAIR model resolved the issue. Now the motherboard displays a steady yellow light (DRAM fault) and fails to boot into BIOS. The cooler fans initially start slowly, then speed up to a moderate pace. Previously, the lights would flash and trigger the BIOS repeatedly.

Inside the case, I attempted a full reset—replaced CPU, cables, RAM—but still encountered the yellow light. No video card was detected. I reset CMOS without power and tried removing the motherboard entirely for a clean setup. Despite reseating everything, the yellow light remained.

I experimented with different RAM configurations: using only an 8-pin stick in some slots, then switching to a 4-pin connector. Both setups booted into BIOS successfully. When I removed the motherboard and rebuilt it, the 8-pin connection worked, but the red light appeared, indicating insufficient power for the MOBO. Adding the 4-pin version resolved the issue, though the yellow light still flashed.

Any advice would be appreciated.
