All configurations using Hero at 13900K are compatible. For 14900K, you can choose between the ROG Maximus Z790 Dark hero or APEX. You're looking for Eva-02 edition.

It should function, though it probably needs a BIOS upgrade. It's identical to the Dark Hero version, only adapted for Evangelion.
