I recently constructed a computer with a Ryzen 7 2700x and an RTX 2070 Super. Upon launching Roblox, I encountered a perplexing issue with only 40 frames per second, despite achieving 100-200 fps in other games. Roblox tends to be a CPU-bound application, and my observations indicate that it consistently delivers only around 50 frames. My case is an NZXT H510, my PSU is a Corsair RM750x, my GPU is an RTX 2070 Super, my CPU is a Ryzen 7 2700x, and my motherboard is an Asus TUF gaming x570 plus. My operating system is Windows 10 Home. During gameplay, temperatures remain within acceptable limits, yet my CPU usage consistently hovers between 10 and 20 percent, correlating with low frame rates.
Update your post to include full system hardware specs and OS.
Then use Task Manager and Resource Monitor (just one at time) to observe system performance while playing different games including Roblox.
Try to keep all other variables constant and identical. I.e., no ongoing backups, AV scans, updates, etc
Very likely you will be able to discover what is bottlenecking Roblox.
