Open the Start menu and look for 'Control Panel' to access the original control panel interface. Move to 'User Accounts' where you'll find an option to modify your account name. Are you referring to the desktop background? Right-click the desktop and choose 'Personalize'. Within the settings pane on the left, locate the Lock Screen section to adjust your login or lock screen image.

The choice you saw isn’t available in your Control Panel. I attempted to modify lsusrmgr but it didn’t help much. Your request is to switch the "named" folder, which should match your account name but not your real name. Finding the right guidance on Google seems challenging. (C:\Users\NamedFolder)

Your preferences are updated when using a Microsoft account: navigate to Settings, then Accounts, and select "Sync your settings." To modify the specific local account name, you must set up a new account—otherwise it will be linked to your Microsoft email address.
