I was browsing a fresh background for my PC and came across an image from the Mass Effect Andromeda official site. What caught my attention was the fiery ship in the background, representing one of the arcs from the Andromeda Initiative (refer to the second picture). It seems something went wrong, and things didn’t go as planned. I’m wondering if this arc was mentioned elsewhere as being destroyed. Additionally, I’m curious about which arc it belongs to—since other species joined the humans in sending arcs, the burning one could be either human or alien.

It's also important to mention that the second image shows multiple arcs. Even if the burning arc appears to be human-made, I question whether this marks the conclusion of human colonization efforts.

Shepard shouted at someone, saying "get off my lawn, you cheeto, you're not my president," and then he stopped them. It was just a joke—shepard isn’t the main character anymore.

I hope the game features engaging writers this time. It seems the story might focus on a human perspective, though this is just a guess. Since you're aiming for a new Earth, I believe they'll aim to convey that sense of loss.

I’m counting on them to act quickly to surprise you and draw you in, yet I’m also looking forward to the moment one of the arcs is lost due to your choices.
