Join the discussions! You won't be able to turn on PBO on a 5800X3D because of the 3D cache and AMD is turned off. The only option is to set XMP for the memory configuration. If you want more control, you can manually adjust the memory settings (beyond just enabling XMP), but this needs thorough testing and repeated checks to make sure the memory stays stable.
