The required standard is 568-B, which should be 1 White Orange 2 Orange 3 White Green 4 Blue 5 White Blue 6 Green 7 White Brown 8 Brown. Noticing this, pins 2, 3, and 4 appear crossed up, and Orange might be faulty.

According to @Skiiwee29, you probably need to re-connect one end of the cable to match it with the other.

I thought that’s what I expected—I just wanted to confirm there were no problems with the wall cabling, given the contractor’s repeated complaints about a broken coaxial cable. Thanks for your assistance!
