Hey, I'm dealing with a really bothersome issue. I recently purchased an Adata XPG Spectrix D50 RAM and the manufacturer claims it works with RGB Fusion. In reality, once I installed it, the system would freeze and restart repeatedly, causing colors to reset to defaults. Initially, I tried reinstalling, but after updating to RGB_Fusion_B21.1210.1 it stopped recognizing my RAM. Then I switched back to the older version, RGB_Fusion_B21.1116.1, but that didn't resolve the problem. After a fresh Windows installation, everything functioned properly. My question is, what should I remove to fix this? The installation directory alone isn't enough. I'm not sure how to clean the registry, but I'm definitely planning to do that. I'm running Windows 10 PRO 21H2, Z590 Gaming X board with F6 BIOS and the latest drivers. OpenRGB works perfectly, so I downloaded it after the issue started just to verify.

XPG ram can also pose challenges. It may not be just the Gigabyte software. If OpenRGB functions, I would prefer to use it rather than struggle with RGB Fusion. RGB Fusion requires two drivers—ene.sys and gdrv2.sys. You could check https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/sysinte...s/autoruns and disable both to see if they stop loading with Windows. I’m not sure if OpenRGB uses either, but ene.sys is also present on Asus boards, so that driver might be included.
