Just installed Revo and used it to uninstall a program. I ran a scan to locate any remaining registry entries, and a few were found. The files appeared at the bottom of a folder structure beginning with 'My Computer' and continuing down to 'MuiCache', which is the directory they reside in. My concern is determining what to delete. Should I remove just the specific program files, such as Honeyview.exe, or should I also delete the MuiCache folder? There is an option to 'Select All' that would include all folders starting with 'My Computer' and the files inside. Obviously, I shouldn't delete everything. I’d like to include a screenshot, but for some reason it’s not working with Revo. Thanks a lot.

from that very base folder search until it's clear it's not just that program.
for example /programs/games/battleship/data/cache/saves
the battleship folder is as deep as you need to go, because the next higher folder, games, would contain more than just the files from that one game.
right-click the battleship folder and delete it along with its subfolders.
if unsure, don't delete anything—it's probably just a few folders and a small file.

Remaining registry items and files are safe. Often these are configuration files. However, if you aim for a clean drive, remove just the folder where the application was installed.
