Because you're running on a Ryzen chip, performance varies noticeably. Aim for around 3600MHz, or even higher, and consider boosting it to that frequency.

Everyone with a R7 1700 has noticed that 3200mhz tends to hit its limit. The cost versus performance issue becomes really tough. It varies by timing, but if you get faster speeds on 3200mhz, it might still be worth considering.
