I was close to 600 hours into Battlefield 4 before the spring update, and I wasn’t very active after 2014. The game felt a bit off to me at first, though I enjoyed it regularly. When 2015 began, I didn’t feel like playing much until the patch arrived. It brought significant changes—weapon balance, bullet spread effects, recoil adjustments, damage models, etc. I played a few times after the update and found it more enjoyable than before, possibly because I took a break. I’ve gathered some clips from those sessions and made a new video. In my view, Battlefield 4 is now mostly bug-free (though the Frostbite Engine still has some issues) and playable as intended. The video I shared highlights objective gameplay and diverse modes and weapons. I hope you enjoyed the read and the video, Voaz/Paralectic.

I focus on a lot of work and pick the best parts where I did well. :'D

That update finally fixed the game's quality issues. But I still don't see any sign of hope for the franchise.

I've liked Battlefield 3 and 4 a lot, but now they seem to have perfected their frostbite system. I'm even more excited than when they first launched Battlefield 4.

I liked them somewhat but overall I found them less enjoyable than earlier franchise games. The recent releases from EA have been mostly disappointing, which makes me doubt their quality. I’m still unsure until there’s a sequel to 2142, BC3, or another Vietnam expansion.
